摘要 本文叙述了出汗模拟装置的原理、特点和装置的研制,模拟装置采用心脏外循环供血系统的蠕动泵,定量增压、限流并选用由天然纤维组成的人造皮肤,模拟人体出汗,通过计算机控制系统,对系统进行定时循环采样并且自动进行数据采集、分析、计算并打印出结果。其温度控制精度小于±0.1℃。 The mechanism,characteristics and development of a simulated sweating apparatus are reported in this paper. A natural fibre fabric is used as the simulated skin. Using a computer control system,cyclic sampling is carried out and the data collection and analysis are also operated automatically. The result is calculated and printed out.
