摘要
本文通过对茧蛹皮的成份,结构进行物理化学及电镜分析,从而确定其含有的主要成份及含甲壳质的数量,进而认定蛹皮的可利用价值。对提取甲壳质的工艺进行了初步研究,并对蛹皮制甲壳质和虾蟹制甲壳质的性能作了比较分析。
The composition and structure of pupa skin were studied by means of chemical analysis and electron microscopy. The main composition and the content of chitin were determined. Therefore,the utilization value of the pupa skin was confirmed and a preliminary exploration was made on the process of extracting chitin from the pupa skin,and a property comparison was conducted between chitin from pupa skint and that from shrimp and crab.
