摘要
分析了意大利白杨及桉木的化学组成和纤维长度 ,对这两种树木按 40 %白杨和 60 %桉木混合后硫酸盐法制浆、ECF漂白特性进行了研究 ,并对比了其KP浆ECF漂白后的浆张强度。研究结果表明 :白杨中木素含量较少 ,纤维素含量较高 ,桉木的纤维较长且比较均匀 ;白杨较容易进行硫酸盐法蒸煮且Y/K值较高 ;采用OD0 (EO)D1 漂序的ECF漂白 ,三种硫酸盐纸浆均可被漂白到 89 0 % (ISO)左右的白度 ,但桉木浆相对难漂一些 ;白杨KP浆具有较好的浆张强度。
In this paper,pulping and bleaching performances of Italian aspen and eucalyptus were studied and the pulp strengths were compared.The results indicated that aspen has less lignin and more holocellulose than eucalyptus. During the KP cooking aspen is easier to cook and the yield is higher. By using ECF bleaching ,all of three kinds of pulp,aspen pulp,eucalyptus pulp and the mixed aspen and eucalyptus(40/60) wood pulp could be bleached to a brightness of 89.0%. Aspen pulp has the best strength among three kinds pulps after bleaching.
