加强中职学生心理健康教育的思考

Thinking of Strengthening the Secondary Students＇ Psychological Health Education

目前我国中职生人数众多，生源多样，大部分都处于青春期阶段。也就是说中职生正面临来自就业问题和自身生理及心理变化所带来的多种压力，如果得不到心理疏导，就很容易出现心理健康问题。本文分析了中职学生的心理健康问题及其原因，并提出了相应的对策。

At present our country has many secondary vocational students, students diversity, most are in the adolescent per- iod. That is secondary vocational students are facing the various pressure brought about from employment and their own physical and psychological changes, if they can＇t get psychological counseling, they will most likely to have mental health problems. This paper analyzes the technical secondary school students＇ mental health problems and their reasons, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
