License Plate Segmentation Algorithm based on Character Features and License Plate Structure

文章提出一种结合字符特征与车牌结构的车牌字符分割算法，先利用数学形态学对车牌图像进行骨骼化，然后通过分析车牌字体骨骼化后的单像素字体特征，根据车牌结构特征正确切分车牌图像中的字符。
