摘要
在网络环境下，档案用户信息需求较传统环境发生了深刻的变化。本文基于信息需求的结构化特点，从网络档案信息资源、网络检索工具、档案信息服务三个方面，对网络环境下档案用户信息需求进行分析。
In network environment, compared with the traditional environment, the file user information needs has un- dergone profound changes. Based on the information needs of the structure characteristics from the network file informa- tion resources, network search tools, archival information services, archives user information needs in the network envi- ronment for analysis.
