对职高机械专业“2＋1”模式教学的探究

在当前的职高机械专业教学工作中，“2＋1”课程设置模式较为普遍，在第三年的教学工作中，如何实现机械教学与岗位实训的紧密结合与无缝对接。一直以来都是机械专业教学工作的一大难点。在这一方面，教师应当教育学生珍惜实训时机，有效整合实践资源，将所学专业知识与实践操作紧密结合，理论指导实践，并在实践之中深化理解，全面提高学生综合能力，为顺利就业奠定基础。
