摘要
设计了GFP发光基团类似物的合成路线和方法,以乙酰化的氨基乙酸为原料,与带有不同取代基的苯甲醛反应生成中间体咪唑啉酮,再通过取代反应在咪唑啉酮的N-位上引入取代基团,合成了GFP发光基团及其类似物。用NMR,IR,Ms等表征了产物结构。
The imidazolinone was prepared which was an intermedia by the reaction between aeetylized aminoacetic acid and benzaldehyde,then the ehromophores of fluorescent proteins and their nonnatural analogues were synthesized through the reaction of N-Aeetylglyeine with the substituted aromatic aldehydes. The compounds were characterized by NMR, IR and MS spectra.
