湿度传感器是一类重要的化学传感器，其应用前景十分广阔。介绍了湿度传感器的研究进展及其分类，着重介绍高分子湿敏电容的国内外研究情况。还阐述了一类新的敏感材料聚酰亚胺及其感湿机理，聚酰亚胺作为一类新的敏感材料，有着良好的应用前景，有望开发出新一代优异的湿度传感器。

The humidity sensor is an important kind of chemical sensors, its application is wide. The research progress on the humidity sensor and its classification is described, and the developments of polymer humidity capacitance at home and abroad are detailed. A new type of sensitive materials and humidity-sensitive mechanism of polyimide are introduced. As a novel type of sensitive materials, the polyimide has a good prospect, which is expected to develop a new generation of excellent humidity sensor.
