摘要
运用文献资料法、现场技术统计、综合分析等方法,研究影响水球射门命中率的各种因素。以水球运动员身体机能为切入点,对射门技术动作进行分析,诠释了射门技术的主要特征,提出了提高射门命中率的力量训练方法与手段,发现速度力量和力量耐力是提高射门命中率的关键素质,情绪与自信心、意志品质与注意力等心理素质是影响射门命中率的重要因素,旨在为提高水球运动员射门命中率提供有意义的参考。
By using the methods of documentation, on-site technical statistics and comprehensive analysis method, this paper discusses the various technical shooting factors of water polo. By inquiring the 32 national water championship in large and medium-sized games that Guangxi team attent from 2005 - 2009 ; At the beginning of player body function, analyzing and summarizing shot technical movement and explain the main characteristics of the shot technology. Putting forward the strength training methods and means of shooting; speed, strength, endurance are the key points to improve shooting rates; Emotion ,self-confidence, will quality and attention are the important influence factors of shooting, in order to offer the meaningful reference of studying the factors of shooting.
