摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,从中医学角度对中医药院校开设沙滩排球选修课进行研究,发现沙滩排球具有天人合一、俱得天气与地气、维系人体生命要素以及尽享阳光魅力等独特优势,具有较高的医学价值和健身功效,非常适合中医药院校大学生身心的发展需要。
