摘要
运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等,在对普通高校瑜伽课程设置的理论依据和原则进行分析的基础上,通过教学实验对其可行性进行研究,得出瑜伽课程的设置符合学生身心发展的需要、深受学生喜爱、是对现行教学内容的丰富和补充等结论。
With the method of literature review, expert interviews, questionnaires and other research methods, the paper analyzes the theoretical basis and principles set by yoga curriculum in colleges and universities, and take a teaching experiment on the feasibility. The conclusions include that yoga curriculum meets the needs of the students' physical and mental development, is deeply I/ked by students, enriches and complements the current teaching content.
