大学生阳光体育运动考评管理系统开发与运用研究

The Development and Implementation of College Student Sunshine Sports Access Management System

为全面落实由教育部、国家体育总局、共青团中央倡导的"阳光体育运动"在高校的开展与实施,促进大学生的体质健康,加强高等院校"阳光体育运动"考评和管理,通过实践研究开发了大学生"阳光体育运动"考评管理系统。该系统主要通过网络在线收集、统计、分析数据,能方便快捷对学校活动、学院活动、协会活动、班级活动、班级间活动、运动竞赛和运动队训练的测评监控和目标绩效考核。华南农业大学运用该系统来评价、管理学校体育取得了良好的效果,并于2011年获得国家计算机软件著作权。

This paper is written for the purpose of a thorough implementation and development of the ＂the Sunshine Sports Program＂ in colleges and universities promoted by the Ministry of Education, National Administrative Bureau of Sports and the Central Committee of Communist Youth League in order to improve the physical health condition of college students. Meeting the necessity of accessing the ＂the Sunshine Sports Program＂, the system is designed. The system collects all the job evaluation data in the form of direct and indirect evaluation on line, and then it computes the total sum and analyzes the data, the system finishes the aptitude test of school activities, college activities, association activities, major activities and class activities at last. It has great significance to improve college student physical quality and build up the mechanism with the core of actual job results.South China agricultural university using the system to evaluate the management school sports achieved good effect, and 2011 received national copyright in computer software.
