摘要
纯棉斜纹家纺印染布加工时经常发生纬向断裂强力不合格的问题。通过对连续煮漂工艺进行正交试验,优化煮练工艺中烧碱用量和时间,以及汽蒸中双氧水用量和汽蒸时间等工艺参数,使生产的家纺产品满足客户需求。
In view of poor weft breaking strength of the dyed or printed cotton twill fabrics, continuous scouring and bleaching process is experimented. The caustic soda dosage and scouring time, and the hydrogen peroxide dosage and time in bleaching are optimized to get satisfactory home textile products.
