摘要
为提高高档帐篷面料的防寒抗冻及阻燃功能,采用阻燃整理剂、耐寒整理剂及遮光涂料对染色涤纶牛津布进行涂层整理,以赋予织物遮光、耐寒及阻燃等功能。结果表明,将稳定性好、价格合适的耐寒剂加入到阳离子水性聚氨酯阻燃剂(即耐寒树脂)中,对疏水性聚酯、丙烯基类纤维具有良好的覆盖性。采用多次涂层加工,解决了阻燃耐寒涤纶牛津遮光布遮光、阻燃和柔韧的持久性问题。
In order to improve the cold resistance and fire retardancy of high grade tent fabric, coating of dyed polyester oxtord fabric is carried out with flame retardant agent, cold resistant agent and opaque pigment. The results show that adding cold resistant agent into cationic water-based polyurethane flame retardant agent can get good covering performance on hydrophobic polyester and acrylic fibers. Multi-coating can impart polyester oxford product good durability of light shading, fire retardancy and softness.
