摘要
影响洗涤剂去污力测定的条件有很多种,但总趋势为实验室的测定结果要尽量接近实际的洗涤剂洗涤效果。改变去污力测定的实验室洗涤剂的洗涤浓度,对测定结果的重现性和精密度都有一定程度的提高。为考察各标准污布洗涤前后白度差值与标准粉溶液浓度的关系,按照设计的试验条件进行去污测试。在每一种洗衣粉溶液浓度下,进行六次循环重复试验,以更好地反映实际洗涤剂的洗涤效果。
In order to overcome the poor reproducibility of laboratorial detergency evaluation caused by detergent concentration, various decontamination tests are carried out with different concentrations of standard washing detergent powder, the relationship between the whiteness difference of standard soiled cloth before and after washing and the standard powder concentration is discussed. Six repeated tests are taken for each detergent concentration. Changing laboratory detergent concentration to 3.0 g/L can improve the reproducibility and precision of the evaluation results, which can better reflect the actual decontamination of the washing detergent.
