摘要
近20年来联合国教科文组织的基础教育课程策划的基本思路包括:以学习为中心;以关键素养为中心。课程策划关注的领域不是面面俱到,而是重点关注以下几个领域:跨文化理解教育领域;人权教育领域;价值观教育领域;环境教育领域。这些思路和重点关注领域都给我国的基础教育课程策划以重要的启示。
In recent 20 years, the basic ideas of UNESCO＇s curriculum masterminding in basic education include： centered on learning; centered on key accomplishments. The curriculum masterminding doesn＇t attend to every aspect, but emphasizes the following domains： cross-cultural understanding education domain; human rights education domain; value education domain; environment education domain. Both these ideas and important domains provide important enlightenment for curriculum masterminding in basic education in China.
