摘要
偶氮二甲酸酯由于具有独特的电子和结构特性,作为一种多功能化的试剂在有机合成中得到了广泛的应用.特别是在Mitsunobu反应、羰基化合物的氨化、不饱烃的氨化及杂环化合物的合成中有着非常重要的作用,此外偶氮二甲酸酯还可以作为氧化剂,用于醇、胺的脱氢氧化反应.回顾了其在有机合成中原有的应用基础之上,对其近年来在合成化学中的新发展进行了综述,并对其发展加以展望.
Azodicarboxylates,as versatile reagents,have been widely used in organic synthesis due to their unique electronic and structural properties.They have played important roles in organic synthesis such as Mitsunobu reaction,amination of car-bonyl compounds and unsaturated hydrocarbons,synthesis of heterocyclic compounds.Besides these,azodicarboxylates can be used as oxidants for the dehydrogenation of alcohols and amines.Based on their previous applications,new progress of azodicarboxylates in synthetic chemistry in recent years is summarized and an outlook on their development is also given.
