摘要
研究了铬铁渣中水溶性六价铬的浸取条件,确定了最佳的浸取条件:去离子水与铬铁渣的质量比为8,温度为80℃,采用回旋振荡方式,振荡频率为150 r/min,浸取时间为5 h。在此条件下测得的水溶性六价铬的量为每克铬铁渣中含2.78μg,含量极低。确定铬铁渣中水溶性铬的浸出条件对评价铬铁渣对环境的危害提供了实验依据。
Leaching conditions of water-soluble Cr^6+ in ferrochrome slag were investigated.Optimal leaching conditions were confirmed as follows : mass ratio of deionized water to ferrochrome slag was 8,leaching temperature was 80 ℃, frequency of swing oscillator was 150 r/min ,and leaching time was 5 h,Under those conditions ,the amount of water-soluble Cr^6+ in ferrochrome slag was as low as 2.758 μg per gram.Confirmation of leaching conditions of water-soluble Cr^6+ in ferrochrome slag provided experimental basis for the evaluation of hazard of ferrochrome slag to the environment.
