摘要 为了提高Hβ沸石的稳定性,对其进行了水热改性。以乙醇和叔丁醇为原料,在常压条件下,将水热改性Hβ沸石作为催化剂应用于乙基叔丁基醚(ETBE)的合成。考察了水热改性条件对Hβ沸石催化活性、选择性的影响。实验结果表明,适宜的改性条件:水热处理温度为600℃、水热处理时间为2 h、水热处理空速为2.0 h-1,此时目标产物ETBE的收率为40%。将水热改性前后的Hβ沸石进行催化活性、选择性及稳定性对比,结果表明,水热处理的Hβ沸石较未处理的Hβ沸石的催化活性和选择性稍有下降,但其寿命增加了75 h。 A hydrothermal modification was made for Hβ zeolite to improve its catalytic stability.As catalyst,the modified zeolite was applied in the synthesis of ethyl tert-butyl ether (ETBE) with alcohol and tert-butyl alcohol as raw materials under atmospheric conditions.Influences of hydrothermal modification conditions on the catalytic activity and selectivity of Hβ were studied.Results showed that suitable modification conditions were as follows :treatment temperature was 600 ℃ ,treatment time was 2 h, and space velocity was 2.0 h^-1, under those conditions the ETBE yield was 40%.Activity, selectivity, and stability of the modified catalyst were compared with the untreated one and results showed that although the activity and selectivity decreased a little, the life time of the hydrothermal treated Hβ zeolite was significantly increased by 75 h.
