摘要 为了获得束型、光强分布、光斑大小等满足激光应用需要的光束,根据由基尔霍夫衍射公式导出的高斯光束微圆孔衍射变换的计算式,探讨了高斯光束微圆孔菲涅耳衍射变换的束型转变及其影响因素,并利用MATLAB软件进行了计算模拟。结果表明,这种方法的可靠性和可行性有利于把激光束应用于激光工程、微光学和微光机电系统。 In order to study how to obtain the beam that meets the need of laser applications including such as beam pattern, spot size and intensity distribution, the formula for the diffraction transform of Gaussian beam throughout a micro-circular aperture was deduced based on Kirchhoff diffraction formula. The beam pattern change and its influencing factors of Fresnel diffraction transformation of Gaussian beam throughout the micro-circular aperture were discussed. The simulations carried out with the MATLAB software show that this kind of method is reliable and feasible. This is conductive to the application of laser in the laser engineering, micro-optics and micro-opto-electro-mechaning system.
