摘要
提出一种采用稀硫酸水解,综合利用麦草,制取糠醛和纸浆的方法。通过对水解反应影响因素的探讨,发现较优化的水解工艺条件为:用酸量20%、时间180min、最高温度110℃、液比1∶5。洗浆废水和精馏后废水的污染负荷远低于常规碱法草浆厂废水的污染负荷,且低于 GB3544—92规定的造纸工业废水排放二级标准。
A method of comprehensive utilizing wheat straw with dilute sulphuric acid hydrolysis to produce furfural and pulp is presented. Optimum hydrolytic conditions are found to be:acid 20% (based on absolute dry raw material), time at maximum temperature 180 minutes, maximum temperature 110℃, liquor-to-raw material ratio 5:1. The pollution load of pulp washing and furfural refined-distillation waste water is much lower than that of wheat straw soda pulp black liquor. The pollution index of water is lower than that of class 2 of industry waste water specified in GB3544-92.
