摘要 在发泡缓冲材料本构模型的理论阐述、模型方程和试验数据的基础上,利用LabVIEW开发了缓冲设计软件。该软件根据用户输入条件自动计算出以缓冲面积、材料厚度为设计目标的缓冲包装设计案例,并且根据试验结果和数学处理,建立缓冲包装设计数据库,用户可以根据需要调用数据进行缓冲设计;同时该软件也提供了数据库扩展功能,用户可以将自己试验得到的某种包装材料的数据存入数据库中,扩展数据库中的材料种类。此软件只需要输入缓冲设计材料、产品信息等基本数据,即可自动计算目标结果,为一些没有试验条件的工程人员的缓冲设计提供帮助,极大提高了设计效率。 Cushioning packaging design software was developed by using graphic programming LabVIEW based on the theory, model equation, and experimental data of constitutive equation of foamed material. The software can automatically calculate cushioning area and thickness for cushioning design. The cushioning packaging database was established based on experiments and calculation. The users can design the packaging with different materials and density by calling the corresponded data in the database. An extended function of the database was added, where users can add their own testing data of certain packaging materials, and expand materials in the database. By inputting cushioning material, product basic information, the software can automatically calculate the target, which can help engineers without testing conditions, and greatly improve the design efficiency.
