摘要
在深入解读电网公司面向智能电网的多适应性规划体系创新关键过程的基础上,全面分析促进创新的正面因素和阻碍创新的负面因素,以此为依据构建了电力行业的广义矢量创新动因模型,并结合电网公司的实践对创新动因模型的应用进行了探讨.本研究对我国电力行业持续的创新工作具有拓展思路和指导实践的价值和意义.
According to the key procedure of innovation of multi-adaptive planning system of grid company in China aiming to smart, it comprehensively analyzes the positive and negative factors for innovation. And based on the results, the broad definition vector innovation factor model is built up. Meanwhile, it discusses the application of the model in electric power industry in China with practice. It can benefit the continuous innovation activities in the electric power industry of China from both approach and practice aspects.
