摘要
[目的]建立ZJ4042原药高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]采用C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和DAD检测器,以乙腈-水(体积比70∶30)为流动相,在210 nm波长下对ZJ4042进行分离和定量。[结果]该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.9999,变异系数为0.34%,平均回收率为99.21%。[结论]该方法具有简便、快速、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的特点。
[Aims] The analytical method for the determination of ZJ4042 was established. [Methods] The method was developed with 5 μm C18 stainless steel column and DAD detector by UV at wavelength of 210 nm, acetonitrile and water(70 : 30, by vol) as the mobile phase. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient of standard curve was 0.9999, the coefficient of variation was 0.34%, and the average recovery ratio was 99.21%. [Conclusions] The method was simple, sufficient, rapid and with high accuracy and good linear correlations.
