45%三苯基乙酸锡可湿性粉剂的高效液相色谱分析

Analytical Method for Fentin-acetate 45% WP by HPLC

[目的]建立45%三苯基乙酸锡可湿性粉剂中三苯基乙酸锡含量的高效液相色谱定量分析方法。[方法]采用甲醇-水体系(磷酸调节pH值2.5)为流动相,Kromasil C18(5μm)不锈钢柱以及紫外检测器(220 nm)对有效成分三苯基乙酸锡进行外标法定量分析。[结果]方法线性相关系数为0.9999(24～240 mg/L),标准偏差0.10,变异系数0.22%,平均回收率为100.1%。[结论]该方法可用于测定45%三苯基乙酸锡可湿性粉剂中的有效成分,具有精密、准确、简便易行的特点。

[Aims] It was to establish a quantitative analysis method for fentin-acetate 45% WP by HPLC. [Methods] The active irigredient of fentin-acetate 45% WP was analyzed quantitatively with external standard method using Kromasil C18 （5μm） stainless steel, UV detector（220 nm） and methanol-phsophoric acid solution（pH=2.5） as the mobile phase at 0.8 mL/min. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999（24-240 mg/L）, standard deviations was 0.10, coefficient of variation was 0.22% and average recovery was 100.1%. [Conclusions] The method could be used to detect the active ingredient of fentin-acetate 45% WP, which was precise, accurate and simple.
