摘要
以在贵州中部栽培8a,生长均表现良好的5个兔眼蓝莓品种为试材,分析评价其品种生长表现及果实理化成分。结果表明:"园蓝"树丛直立、长势旺盛,于3月上中旬开花,7月上旬至8月中旬成熟,果实风味极佳,丰产;"灿烂"和"顶峰"的树丛开张,长势弱于"园蓝",3月上中旬开花,6月中旬至7月下旬成熟,果粒大,风味佳,丰产稳产;"粉蓝"树丛梢紧凑,于3月上中旬开花,7月中下旬至8月中旬成熟,味微酸,耐贮运;"梯夫蓝"树丛半开张,于3月上中旬开花,7月上旬至8月上旬成熟,丰产,味甜微酸。"灿烂"、"园蓝"和"粉蓝"的花青素苷含量分别为187.84、350.76、269.67mg/100g。"粉蓝"和"园蓝"的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量为3.7×104 U/kg,"梯夫蓝"和"顶峰"均为3.0×104 U/kg。各品种的K、Na、Mg、Ca、Fe、Zn等元素含量均较高。从各品种经济性状表现认为,"灿烂"、"梯夫蓝"和"顶峰"适于作鲜食品种栽培,"园蓝"和"粉蓝"适于作加工品种经营。
The growth performance and fruits physical and chemical composition of five varieties of Vaccinium ashei which were planted in central Guizhou province for 8 years were evaluated.The results showed that ‘Gardenblue’ variety grove was uprightness.It grow luxuriantly,flowers in mid-March,matures in early July to mid-August;It had high yield and its fruit flavor was excellent.‘Brightwell’ and ‘Clinax’ variety grove open,grow weaker than ‘Gardenblue’ variety,flower in mid-March,mature in mid-June to late July.They had big fruit,good flavor,high and stable yield;‘Powderblue’ variety grove was a little bit compact,flowers in mid-March,matures in late July to mid-August.It had slight acidic flavor and good storability.‘Tifblue’ variety grove was semi-open,flowers in mid-March,matures in early July to early-August.It had high yield,sweet and slight acidic fruit.The anthocyanin content of ‘Brightwell’,‘Gardenblue’ and ‘Powderblue’ variety were 187.84mg/100g,350.76mg/100g and 269.67mg/100g respectively.The superoxide dismutase(SOD) content of ‘Powderblue’ and ‘Gardenblue’ variety were 3.7×104 U/kg.The superoxide dismutase(SOD) content of " Tifblue " and " Clinax " variety were 3.0×104 U/kg.K,Na,Mg,Ca,Fe,and Zn element content of all varieties were high.It would be concluded that ‘Brightwell’,‘Tifblue’ and ‘Clinax’ varieties were suitable as fresh eating fruit to plant;‘Gardenblue’ and ‘Powderblue’ varieties were suitable as processed products to plant and manage.
