摘要 进入垃圾填埋场填埋的污水处理厂污泥含水率应<60%。为实现这一国家标准,基于厢式隔膜压滤机的污泥深度脱水工艺得到了推广应用。根据相关设备考察和工程设计经验,对污泥深度脱水工艺的调质、进料、压滤机、滤布和气源等系统进行了分析,并介绍了设备选型的注意事项,可供工程设计和设备采购参考。 To realize a national standard,sludge moisture content of sewage treatment plant shall be less than 60% before entering refuse landfill,the sludge deep dehydration process has been developed and applied on the basis of van-typed diaphragm pressure filter.According to related equipment investigation and engineering design experience,several key points are analyzed about sludge deep dehydration process including tempering,charging,presser filter,filter cloth and air source,etc.,and the cautions to equipment type selection are introduced,which can provide references for engineering design and equipment purchase.
