局部树脂固化内衬法用于趵突泉污水管道修复

On Partial Resin Solidification Liner Method Applied in Sewage Pipeline Repairing of Baotu Spring

济南趵突泉公园内的污水管道严重腐蚀,管道接口错位、渗漏严重,采用非开挖翻转内衬的方式进行管道修复。为避免渗漏的地下水冲刷内衬树脂材料以及施工后产生局部水包,在翻转内衬之前对有较大渗漏的点采用局部树脂固化内衬法进行预处理。介绍了该方法的技术特点、材料及技术标准,详细介绍了施工步骤。共处理了35处渗漏点,达到预期效果。

Due to many damages appeared on sewage pipelines of Baotu Spring in Jinan Park including serious corrosion & leakage,interface dislocation,the method of trenchless reverse liner is adopted for pipeline repairing project.To avoid leaking underground water washing out liner resin material and partial water package after construction,the pretreatment of partial resin solidification liner method is done for more serious and bigger leaking point before reversing liner.Several key points of the method are introduced such as technology features,standards for material & technology and construction procedures.Finally,there are 35 leaking points treated totally and the construction effect has arrived at expectation.
