摘要 以上海长江隧桥工程中的超大直径盾构为背景,以盾构法隧道施工中管片拼装变形、注浆产生的附加应力以及隧道上浮等施工工况的受力条件为研究对象,通过1∶1衬砌水平整环错缝结构加载试验,取得结构试验数据。通过三维数值模拟分析,确立施工期隧道衬砌结构的计算模型、计算参数和计算方法,验算施工期隧道结构的安全性,并提出隧道施工质量控制技术措施和管片构造要求。 With the research objects of stress conditions of segment assembling deformation,additional stress from grouting,tunnel floating of tunnel construction by shield method,and with the background of super large diameter shield of Shanghai Yangzi River Tunnel & Bridge project,the structure test data are received through 1︰1 lining horizontal ring staggered joints structure load test.The calculation model,parameters and method of tunnel lining structure during construction period are determined by means of 3D numerical simulation analysis to check the safety of tunnel structure.And meanwhile,quality control technology measures to tunnel construction and segment structure requirements are proposed in this paper.
