Hf含量对FGH97合金γ/γ′晶格错配度的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Hafnium Content on γ/γ' Misfit in FGH97 PM Superalloy

摘要 采用X射线衍射(XRD)方法测算镍基粉末冶金高温合金FGH97中γ和γ′相的晶格常数,计算出γ/γ′晶格错配度。结果表明:γ′相的晶格常数比γ相的小,错配度为负值。Hf 主要存在于γ′相中,随着合金中 Hf 加入量的增加,进入γ′相中 Hf 的数量增加,使γ′相的晶格常数逐渐增大,错配度的绝对值逐渐减小。 By means of X-ray diffraction, γ′ phase and y matrix lattice parameters and γ/γ′ misfit were measured in FGH97 PM superalloy with different hafnium contents. The results show that the lattice parameter of γ′ phase is smaller than that of γ matrix, and also the value of γ/γ′ misfit is negative. Hafnium mainly exists in γ′ phase, the content of hafnium partitioning to γ′ phase increases with increasing of hafnium contents in FGH97 PM superalloy, resulting in lattice parameter increasing and decreasing of the absolute value of γ/γ′ misfit.
