带光源枪式肛肠套扎器治疗内痔临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Light Gun Type Anorectal Ligation Device in the Treatment of Internal Hemorrhoid

目的:探讨带光源枪式肛肠套扎器治疗内痔的临床疗效。方法:我院诊治的100例门诊内痔患者,其中Ⅰ～Ⅱ期内痔73例,Ⅲ期内痔15例,混合痔10例,环状痔2例,均使用带光源枪式肛肠套扎器进行治疗,对其病例进行回顾性分析。结果:100例内痔患者,经过套扎治疗后,40例患者有轻微肛门不适,8例出现不同程度的肛门坠胀感,没有经过任何处理,上述症状在术后3 d内,自行消失,其余患者未出现不良反应。套扎术后5 d左右痔核由于缺血坏死而脱落,术后8 d左右创面呈现轻度糜烂,术后12 d左右创面基本愈合。随访3个月,发现100例患者全部治愈,治愈率达100.0%,未出现任何严重并发症。结论:带光源枪式肛肠套扎器治疗方式操作简便、疗效可靠。

Objective：To study clinical effect of light gun type anorectal ligation device in the treatment of internal hemorrhoid.Methods：There were 100 patients with hemorrhoid,of which I ~ Ⅱ 73 cases of internal hemorrhoid,Ⅲ period internal hemorrhoids 15 cases,10 cases of mixed hemorrhoid and circular hemorrhoid in 2 cases.All were given light gun type anorectal ligation device treatment and retrospective analysis.Results：40 patients have mild anal unwell and 8 cases in different degree of anus distend feeling after treatment.These symptoms disappeared in 3 days without any treatment.The rest of the patients did not appear untoward reaction.After about 5 days the haemorrhoids desquamated because of ischemia and mortification.The wound surface show slightly dissipated around 8 days and already healed completely after 12 days.Follow-up of 3 months,100 cases of patients are all cured and the cure rate is 100.0%,without any serious complications.Conclusions：Light gun type anorectal ligation device in the treatment of internal hemorrhoid has simple operation and reliable curative effect.
