孙玉信教授运用逍遥散辨治腰痛经验

Experience of XiaoYaoSan in the Treatment of Lumbago by Professor Sun Yuxin

目的:探讨孙玉信教授临床运用逍遥散论治腰痛的经验。方法:通过对孙玉信教授运用逍遥散治疗腰痛有效病例的分析,归纳其对与肝脾相关之腰痛的理论认识及临床运用规律。结果:临床辨证运用逍遥散加减治疗肝脾两虚、肝郁脾虚、肝郁脾湿之腰痛,收效颇佳。结论:逍遥散是临床经典有效方,临证辨证论治腰痛,效果明显。

Objective：To explore the experience of xiaoyaosan in the treatment of lumbago by professor Sun Yuxin.Methods：Summarize the recognition and clinical regularity of lumbago correlated liver and spleen through the use of xiaoyaosan in the effective cases by professor Sun Yuxin.Results：Application of xiaoyaosan in the treatment of liver and spleen deficiency,stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen and spleen dampness and back pain has good effect.Conclusion：Xiaoyaosan is a classic prescription and has obvious effect for lumbago.
