刘学勤教授从肝论治头痛经验总结

Experience of Liver Differentiation in the Treatment of Headache by Professor Liu Xueqin

目的:探讨刘学勤教授治疗头痛的临床经验。方法:通过长期跟师侍诊,整理资料,结合典型病案分析刘学勤教授临证思路。结果:在长期临床实践中总结出了刘老从肝论治头痛的宝贵经验,用自拟平肝祛风汤(全当归12 g,生白芍15 g,明天麻9 g,炒苍耳子8 g,白蒺藜12 g,辽细辛2 g,香白芷10 g,姜半夏10 g,夏枯草12 g)治疗头痛,尤其是顽固性头痛取得了显著效果。结论:刘学勤教授治疗头痛疗效较好。

Objective：To explore experience of liver differentiation in the treatment of headache by Professor Liu Xueqin.Methods：Analyze the thread of Professor Liu according to diagnosis and document.Results：Summarize the precious experience of headache treatment in the long-term clinical practice.Pinggan qufengtang（quandanggui 12 g,shengbaishao 15 g,mingtianma 9 g,chaocangerzi 8 g,baijili 12 g,liaoxixin 2 g,xiangbaizhi 10 g,jiangbanxia 10 g,xiakucao 12 g） has significant for headache particularly intractable headaches.Conclusion：The treatment by professor Liu Xueqin for headache has better curative effect.
