目的:探讨熊大经教授治疗耳眩晕的经验。方法:通过跟师临诊,列举熊老治疗耳眩晕的验案并进行分析,从中探析其辨证论治特色。结果:熊大经教授在临床中强调辨证,灵活运用方药,常用半夏白术天麻汤、杞菊地黄丸、二至丸、天麻钩藤饮加减治疗。结论:熊大经教授用中医药治疗耳眩晕疗效较好。

Objective：To study the experience of the treatment for antelabium cartilage by Professor Xiong Dajing.Methods：Analyze the treatment for antelabium cartilage by professor Xiong and explore the characteristics of zheng differentiation-treatment by diagnosis.Results：Professor Xiong emphasizes differentiating zheng and flexible use of herbs such as banxia baishu tiammatang,qiju dihuang wan,erzhiwan and add tianma goutengyin.Conclusion：The curative effect of TCM therapy for antelabium cartilage is good.
