益妊汤治疗妊娠剧吐临床研究

Clinical Research of Uteruses Decoction in the Treatment of Pregnancy

目的:探讨益妊汤治疗妊娠剧吐的临床疗效。方法:将80例妊娠剧吐患者随机分为治疗组52例和对照组28例。治疗组给予益妊汤(党参20 g,苏梗15 g,砂仁6 g,姜竹茹12 g,陈皮15 g,白术10 g,黄芩12 g,生地黄20 g,玉竹20 g,知母15 g,茯苓15 g,炙甘草15 g,生姜5片)。对照组给予禁食、补液等治疗。7 d为1疗程。结果:对照组有效率为78.6%,治疗组有效率为94.2%,两组有效率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠剧吐的发生与机体脾胃虚弱有关,益妊汤通过补益脾胃、和中降逆能够促进胃蠕动,治疗妊娠剧吐效果显著。

Objective：Compare the clinical curative effects of the traditional Chinese medicine and the Western medicine in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods：80 cases with hyperemesis gravidarum were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were given Yirentang（dangshen 20 g,sugeng 15 g,sharen 6 g,jiangzhuru12 g,chenpi 15 g,baizhu 10 g,huangqin 12 g,shengdihuang 20 g,yuzhu 20 g,zhimu 15 g,fuling 15 g,zhigancao 15 g,shengjiang 5 pian）,the control group were given absolute diet and fluid infusion,each of which lasted 7 days.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group reached 90.4%.The effective rate of the control group reached 71.4%.The significant differences in the effective rate were shown between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The relationship between the incidence of the hyperemesis gravidarum and the weakness of the spleen and stomach was clearly.The nutrition of the spleen and stomach treated by the traditional Chinese medicine can promote gastric motility.The results demonstrate that the traditional Chinese medicine of the hyperemesis gravidarum had good clinical effects.
