龟龄集治疗席汉综合征临床研究

Clinical Research of Guiling Ji in the Treatment of Weat Syndrome

目的:观察龟龄集治疗席汉氏综合征的疗效。方法:60例患者随机平均分为治疗组和对照组。对照组常规使用激素、甲状腺素治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用龟龄集口服。结果:对照组有效率为73.33%,治疗组有效率为96.67%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3疗程后激素、甲状腺素减半数治疗组23例,对照组11例,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对有效患者进行随访,0.5 a内,两组均无复发;随访1 a,治疗组复发1例,对照组复发3例。结论:龟龄集治疗席汉综合征疗效显著,可减低激素、甲状腺素用量,复发率低。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Guiling ji in the treatment of sweat syndrome.Methods：60 cases were reandomly two groups the control group was given routine hormone and thyroxine preparation.The treatment group was given additional oral Guiling ji.Results：The effective rate was 73.33% in the control group and 96.67% in the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01） compared the 3 courses of treatment of 23 cases in treatment group and 11 cases in control group.Both groups had no recurrence after 0.5 a.The recurrence of treatment group was 1 case and 3 cases in control group.Conclusion：Guiling ji in the treatment of sweat syndrome has distinct effect,can reduce the content hormone and thyroxin and low recurrence rate.
