活血养心汤治疗胸痹临床研究

Clinical Study of Huoxue Yangxin Decoction for Treatment of Angina Pectoris

目的:观察活血养心汤治疗胸痹的临床疗效。方法:将56例胸痹患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例,对照组26例。对照组给予常规西药治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上,口服活血养心汤。观察两组临床疗效及心电图疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为90.00%,对照组有效率为73.05%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组心电图有效率为86.67%,对照组心电图有效率为69.23%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血养心汤可显著改善胸痹的病情。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of huoxue yangxin decoction for treatment of angina pectoris.Methods：56 cases of chest pain patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in treatment group,26 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine therapy;treatment group on the basis of the control group,oral huoxue yangxin decoction.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the effective rate of control group was 73.05%,comparison of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the treatment group ECG efficiency is 86.67%,the control group ECG efficiency was 69.23%,comparing the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Huoxue yangxin decoction can significantly improve the clinical condition.
