刺络拔罐加温针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床研究

Clinical Research of Blood-letting Puncture and Cupping Combined with Warm Needle Moxibustion in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的:观察刺络拔罐加温针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床疗效。方法:将52例患者按随机数字表法分为刺络拔罐加温针灸组(治疗组)33例,用梅花针叩刺,以痛处为叩刺部位;中药治疗组(对照组)19例,辨证治疗,肝经郁热证:拟龙胆泻肝汤加减;脾虚湿蕴证:拟除湿胃苓汤加减;气滞血瘀证:拟柴胡疏肝散合桃红四物汤加减。结果:治疗组有效率为100.00%,对照组有效率为73.68%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:刺络拔罐加温针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe clinical effect of postherpetic neuralgia（PHN） treated by blood-letting puncture and cupping combined with warm needle moxibustion.Methods：52 patients were randomly divided into blood-letting puncture and cupping combined with warm needle moxibustion group（33cases）and traditional Chinese medicine group（19cases）.Results：The total effective rates was 100% in the blood-letting puncture and cupping combined with warm needle moxibustion group which was better than that of 73.68% in the traditional Chinese medicine group,the two groups have very significant difference in the total effective rates（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It has a good clinical effect that blood-letting puncture and cupping combined with warm needle moxibustion for treatment of PHN.
