Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupuncture treatment combined with popsicle stimulus in the treatment of dysphagia after apoplexy.Methods:60 patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The control group was given the conventional therapy of neurology department as well as drug choice and nasogastric feeding according to the pathogenetic condition. The treatment group was given acupuncture based on the control group with use popsicle stimulus on the relevant muscles of mucous membrane. Results:The difference has not statistical significance according to the standard comparison of curative effect evaluation(P0.05).The effective rate in the treatment and control was 96.7% and 23.3%respectively.The curative effect evaluation of treatment group was obviously better than the control group. The difference has statistical significance(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment combined with popsicle stimulus in the treatment of dysphagia after apoplexy has remarkable curative effect.
