摘要
针对水下远距离高压直流电能传输的海底观测网络,设计了一套装备在观测网节点上的2 000 V DC/400 V DC@2 kW的高低压直流电能变换器。基于海底应用的特殊场合,提出了具有高可靠性和高冗余度的多模块堆叠构建方式。根据电源变换理论,分析了单个基于PWM控制的功率模块的输入/输出动态特性,以及5个模块通过输入级串联输出级并联堆叠组合后产生的不稳定问题,并针对该问题采用了基于峰值电流控制策略的单一控制器来提供同步PWM信号,所有模块基于同步信号驱动整流,实现自然均压、均流和冗余。进行了样机的半载启动和稳态运行测试、冗余特性测试和水池观测系统应用测试等试验,试验结果表明基于模块堆叠和单一控制器同步整流的方法构建的高压直流变换器能够应用于水下观测系统。
A kind of 2 000 V DC/400 V DC/2 kW reduced DC/DC power converter is designed for the ocean-bed observatory system which applies long-distance HVDC power transmission. It is equipped on its node and adopts the module stacking topology with high reliability and redundancy. Based on the theory of power conversion,the dynamic input-output characteristics of PWM-controlled power module and the instability of five-module stack with serial inputs and parallel output are analyzed. Only one controller with the peak current control strategy is applied to generate the synchronous PWM signal,which is used by all modules to realize the natural equilibrium of voltage and current and the redundancy. The half-load startup and steady-state operation test,redundancy performance test,tank observation system application test are carried on a prototype,which show that the designed converter can be applied to underwater observation system.
