摘要
提出了一种基于系统频率响应特性的大区电网间交换容量极限的计算方法。使用最小二乘法对仿真计算得到的频率响应特性系数进行曲线拟合,依据拟合得到的频率响应特性系数的曲线变化趋势来预测不同交换容量下的频率偏差限制点,在频率响应特性识别与预测分析的基础上进行大区电网间交换容量极限的计算与评估。对"三华"电网的应用表明,所提方法有效、实用,且计算结果具有较高的精度。
The calculation of exchange capacity limit between regional grids is proposed based on the characteristics of system frequency response. The characteristic coefficient of frequency response is calculated by simulation and fitted by the least squares method. Based on the fitted curve,the frequency deviation restriction point is forecasted for different exchange capacities,and the exchange capacity limit between regional grids is further calculated and evaluated by character identification and forecast analysis. Its application to "San-Hua" power grid shows its effectiveness,practicability and high accuracy.
