摘要
我国大陆的媒介素养教育既未展现出与快速发展的媒介产业相匹配的影响力,也未能获得政府政策的正式性关注,本土教育目标缺乏导致的理论范式混杂是导致这种局面的重要原因。要建构媒介素养教育在我国的发展目标,既要参照国外经验,更要回归我国国情、回归传统、回归当前实践,需要遵循价值内涵动态平衡的原则,坚持普适性与独特性、传统性与时代性的辩证统一。鉴于此,我国媒介素养教育的目标体系应该由媒介权利意识与媒介参与能力、媒介公共理性与公共责任、媒介民主意识与民主生活方式、媒介思辨能力与媒介自主人格等四大维度共计八个方面的内容构成。八大目标构成的目标体系,对于推动媒介素养教育的本土化进程具有重要的意义。
Media literacy education has neither developed the influence matching with the fast growing media industry, nor attained the official attention of government policy in China's Mainland. One of the im- portant reasons for this is the disorder of theoretical paradigms led by the lack of localized education goals. To build the development goal of media literacy education in China's Mainland, it is necessary to refer to both foreign experience and national conditions, following the dynamic balance of value connotations, in- sisting on the dialectical unity of universality and uniqueness, tradition and trend. For that reason, the tar- get system of media literacy education in China's Mainland should consist of four dimensions and eight as- pects: media rights awareness and participation ability, media public rationality and public duty, media democratic awareness and democratic life style, and media critical thinking and independent personality. This target system is of significant importance to the localization of media literacy education in China's Mainland.
