转化生长因子β诱导上皮细胞-间质细胞转分化与肺纤维化关系的研究现状与展望 被引量:2

Study and prospects of transforming growth factor-IS induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition on pulmonary fibrosis

摘要 肺纤维化过程中,转化生长因子p(TGF-β)起着关键性的作用。TGF-β调节肺纤维化通过刺激、活化成纤维细胞高表达胶原mRNA从而促进细胞外基质成分的合成,同时增强胶原分子转录后稳定性。最新研究表明,TGF-β诱导的上皮细胞-间质细胞转分化(EMT)可能是肺纤维化的关键机制。本文就TGF-β诱导EMT与肺纤维化关系的研究现状与展望作一综述。 Transforming growth factor β(TGF-β) Pulmonary fibrosis;Transforming growth factor-β;Epithelial-mesenchymal transition; Smad induced EMT and pulmonary fibrosis. (TGF-β) plays an essential role in the process of pulmonary fibrosis. TGF-β regulates pulmonary fibrosis by stimulating and activating the high expression of collagen mRNA of fibroblasts, to promote the synthesis of extra cellular matrix and improve the stability of the collagen molecule after transcription. The latest research suggests that TGF-β induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) may be the key mechanisms of pulmonary fibrosis. This article reviews the present condition and prospects of the association between TGF-β induced EMT and , pulmonary fibrosis.
