摘要
在对外汉语职前教师培养中,观摩教学录像、撰写课堂观察报告是提高教师教学能力的有效手段。本研究通过对60份对外汉语职前教师的课堂观察报告的量化分析,发现对外汉语职前教师在进行课堂观察时存在着只注意教师的教学行为、忽略学生和课堂环境等方面的问题,而且职前教师虽然有一定的批判精神,但他们往往只是依据个人主观感受或者有限的教学经验得出结论,不能深入分析教师采取教学行为的原因及其限制条件,也不能把以往课堂中所学到的理论知识和实际现象相结合。研究者据此对如何在汉语国际教师培训中更充分地发挥课堂观察的作用提出了一些建议。
In the pre-service TCSL teacher writing observation reports are effective means to training, watching the teaching video tapes and improve teaching ability. Through quantitative a- nalysis of 60 classroom observation reports, it is found that pre-service teachers only pay attention to their teaching behavior, but ignore their students and classroom environment. They have certain critical spirit, but they tend to draw conclusions based on their personal subjective feelings or lim- ited teaching experience. They fail to take in-depth analysis of other teacher' s teaching behavior and constraints and combine theoretical knowledge with actual phenomena in the classroom. The author accordingly puts forward some suggestions on how to employ in-class observation in TCSL teacher training.
