摘要
目的:探讨脑缺血对小肠形态学的影响,为临床脑血管病患者防止小肠病变提供理论依据。方法:用线栓法栓塞大鼠右侧大脑中动脉制备局灶脑梗塞模型,在电子显微镜下观察脑缺血4小时后小肠的病理形态变化,并与正常对照组相比。结果:大脑中动脉栓塞后大鼠胃出现小肠绒毛变短变粗、杯状细胞增多及大量炎细胞浸润等病理形态学改变。结论:大脑中动脉栓塞后可引起小肠的相应病理学改变。
Objective:To investigate the effect of cerebral ischemia on small intestine morphology,as clinical cerebrovascular disease patients and provide theoretical basis for preventing intestinal lesions.Methods:With thread embolism of rat cerebral artery preparation of focal cerebral infarction model,under the electron microscope observation of cerebral ischemia and 4 hours after intestinal pathological changes,and compared with the normal control group.Results:Middle cerebral artery occlusion in rats after gastric intestinal villi become short and thick,goblet cells increased and the infiltration of inflammatory cells and other pathological changes.Conclusion:Middle cerebral artery after embolization can cause small intestinal corresponding pathological changes.
