摘要 目的:研究小儿法乐氏四联症根治术后肺部并发症的防治措施;方法:根据心脏体外循环手术的特点,不同的阶段采取不同的措施,综合治疗;结果:全组病例均治疗成功,无死亡病例;结论:根据法乐氏四联症根治术后心肺功能的特点而采取不同的措施,可以有效的防治术后肺部并发症的发生发展。 Objective：Study prevention measures of pulmonary complications after TOF radical operation for child.Methods：Take various measures according to each stages of CPB operation.Results：All cases of successful treatment,no death occurred.Conclusion：Take various measures according to cardiopulmonary function after TOF radical operation for child,postoperative pulmonary complication was decreased.
