Combine Case Analysis the Leiomyomatosis Peritonealis Disseminate

目的:探讨腹膜播散性平滑肌瘤病(LPD)的临床表现、诊断与治疗。方法:结合我院确诊的1例LPD及国内外资料报道,分析该病的组织发生、病因、临床表现、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗及预后、术后随访等。结果:LPD的发生与性激素有关。缺乏特殊的临床症状和体征,多在术中发现,经病理确诊,术前确诊率0%。结论:LPD是腹腔内良性平滑肌增生性病变,治疗要个体化,预后良好,无需化疗。但有恶性倾向,术后定期随访。

Objective：To discuss clinical manifestation,diagnostic and treatment of leiomyomatosis peritonealis Disseminate （LPD）.Methods：Combine a case of a patient with LPD in our hospitai and in international and internal reports.Analyze the disease of istogenesis,clinical manifestation,disagnostic and differential diagnosis,treatmennt and prognosis,post operation follow-up.Results：The occurrence of LPD is associated with gonadal hormone.They present with non-spccific clinical symptoms and physical signs,Most of them are discovered during surgery after pathologic disagnosis.Diagnosis rate reaches 0% preoperatively.Conclusion：LPD peritoneal cavity is a benign smooth muscle growths venereal disease,the treatment for individualized the disease with rather favourable prognosis,chemotherapy.but there were malignant and regular follow-up after surgery.
