教师教育视阈中的国外师徒制研究 被引量:9

摘要 相对于国内"经验传承"式的师徒制而言,国外的师徒制则早已"制度化"与"体系化"。国外师徒制研究表现出"成果丰厚"却又"问题凸现"的鲜明特点,前者主要体现在导师选拔与培训的规范化、指导模式的多样化、指导活动设计的系统化、评价与激励措施的机制化,而后者则体现在概念界定的去操作化、研究内容的显性化、研究方法的个案化以及研究对象的集中化。今后,应该从研究方法、内容、视角、对象等方面来深化师徒制研究,同时从设计理念、导师的选拔与培训、指导活动的设计、评价机制等四大层面来完善我国的师徒制。
