摘要
以两个单链合作为出发点,基于合作的方式不同创建了多个子系统,并以此建立了多供应链不确定切换系统模型。为了抑制多供应链系统在链间合作过程中产生生产运作波动和牛鞭效应,运用鲁棒优化理论给出了多供应链系统的切换控制算法,以及基于计算机的控制实现方法。结合多模型切换系统运作过程,仿真并对比分析了该多供应链多模型切换系统控制在有无切换两种情形下系统的订货波动变化大小和牛鞭效应变化大小。仿真结果表明多模型切换控制方法应用于复杂多供应链库存管理系统,可以抑制牛鞭效应,同时提高系统市场快速响应能力和集群整体需求放大性。
In view of the cooperation between two single chains, multiple subsystems were set up based on the difference of cooperation, and the uncertain switching system model for multi-supply chains was built. To inhibit operation fluctuation and bullwhip effect caused by the across-chain cooperation, thereby, the switched control algorithm was developed and the method of realizing control algorithm with aid of compute was put forward. Binding with the operation process of multi-model switching system, the order fluctuation values and the variable values of bullwhip effect were comparatively ar^alyzed according to the two situations with switching and non-switching in the multi-model switched system control. It is proved by simulation that applying multi-model switched control method to complex inventory management system in multi-chains may improve the rapid response ability of the system to market at the mean time of dwindling the bullwhip effect, thus expand the market.
